How long will it take to receive my order?

Our team are committed to fast turnaround times and work quickly to deliver your embroidery orders in 5-7 days and screen printing orders within 7-14 days. Turnaround times are dependent on product availability from suppliers.

How should I send my artwork to ensure a high quality print?
All artwork should be supplied as a vector file. Embroidery artwork needs to be either a .jpeg .gif or .tif format. Screenprinting and heatset artwork needs to be an .ai or .cdr format.
My order includes colours, will it be expensive to print?
Adding more colours will increase the price of your order. However our experienced team can talk to you about options for keeping costs down. We can screen-print your artwork using up to 8 colours. There is no limit colour for a Supercolour order.
How much does it cost to set up my order?
For both printing and embroidery there is time involved in getting the artwork ready for the job. This can include making screens, generating art files, and mixing inks. Our set up costs start from $25. Digitising orders vary and we can give you a more accurate quote on enquiry, however prices start from $35.
If I have already paid to set up my logo, do I pay another setup fee for a repeat order?
Our screen-printing fees cover any subsequent orders for 12 months. For embroidery orders using the same logo we do not charge additional set up fees. If we have to modify the artwork to fit additional garments a set-up fee is required.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of items I can order?
We can produce unlimited runs of embroidery. Our minimum order quantity for screen printing is 8 units and 10 units for Super Colour. However, we will still print smaller orders if you require. There is no maximum number of orders. We can handle orders from 10 to to 10,000 units.
What if I don’t know exactly what I want?
That’s fine. Our staff are experienced in printing and ordering and can talk you through a range of options, fits, colours and designs.
How does ordering work?
We work with our clients via email or phone, whichever you are comfortable with. We can help you pick out your options online or send you items to consider. During the artwork stage our approval process ensures that you are 100% happy with the colours, artwork, and design before we go to print.
What happens if my job is wrong?
We stand by our guarantee of providing high-quality embroidery and printing services that won’t let you down. However, if your job is not right a replacement order is given at no extra cost. We always make sure you have a detailed quote and that artwork proofs are signed off before we start on each order. Please make sure to check these carefully.
What are your payment terms?
Payment for your first order is cash on delivery after which we will set up an account for you. A statement will be sent by Scottish Pacific (a debt factoring company) for future orders. Payments are due on the 20th of the month following.
